Description
My name is Charlotte Mahon, and I am a female home carer with extensive experience in providing care to individuals with a variety of needs. I have worked in both live-in and hourly care roles, as well as providing overnight care when necessary.
Throughout my career, I have cared for individuals with conditions such as Mild Cognitive Impairment, Parkinson's Disease, anxiety, and depression. I am experienced in providing care to bedbound individuals and have a thorough understanding of their specific needs.
Some of the skills that I possess include bathing, toileting, assistance with dressing, catheter care, and companionship. I believe that providing emotional support and companionship is just as important as assisting with physical tasks.
While I am unable to drive and do not have access to a car, I am more than happy to provide support within the home. In my free time, I enjoy walking, dancing, playing card games, cooking and baking, and solving puzzles. I am also a lover of animals, particularly dogs, fish, rabbits, birds, and lizards.
My motivation for becoming a home carer stems from my genuine desire to help people lead independent lives and maintain their dignity. I am a caring, friendly, and helpful individual who is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those I care for.
